I originally typed in hot dogs And this place didn't come up. I was actually pumping gas on my way to another hotdog destination and decided to come here instead. I got a hot dog with chili and onions for A dollar and 75 cents. The hot dog was so good that I came back 20 minutes later in brought another one. When I come back to Erie Pennsylvania I will never forget this place

Typically called "Greeks" by the locals, this place is the same as it was when I lived here back in the early 90's. I moved 5 hours away, and still visit...and when I do, this place is ALWAYS a must stop at some point during my visit! It's a little hole-in-the-wall in a sketchy part of town but you should be ok, I've never run into problems there. Most people do take out but they also have a counter with some stools and about 5 tables. The "Greek" dogs are delicious and go great with the "Greek" fries, which is basically perfectly cooked fries smothered in cheese and their awesome chili sauce. They have a "Big 10" deal where you get your pick of 10 burgers/hot dogs (or mix and match) and a large chili fry for $20. The service can be a little "rough around the edges" but a that doesn't matter to me and adds to the character of the place. I seriously crave this place and look forward to my once a year visit! I don't think the hours posted here are correct as we tried to stop there on a Friday night around 11:30 p.m. and they were closed.
